Our journey
From industry frustration to a purpose-built platform for subcontractor management. TrakPro was born from a simple observation: commercial teams were spending too much time managing paperwork and not enough time managing projects. We set out to create a better way.
We saw commercial teams spending countless hours chasing information, assessing payment claims, tracking variations, managing retentions, and resolving disputes. Critical commercial data was scattered across spreadsheets, emails, folders, and disconnected systems. The result was wasted time, overpayments, missed variations, unnecessary disputes, and reduced profitability.
After working closely with contractors and commercial teams, we identified a common challenge: subcontractor management lacked visibility, consistency, and control. We began designing a platform that could centralise payment claims, variations, retentions, and contra charges in one place, giving teams a clearer view of project financial performance.
